Use This Exercise:


  1. When you feel hung up by or controlled by thoughts, feelings, impulses, and reactions, and no matter what you do, you can't get free of them.
  2. To practice taking inner silence into every part of your life, thus releasing yourself from stress, fear, anger, and other expressions of attachment.
  3. Learn to cherish every event in your life as a completely unique experience, distinct from even the most similar ones that have happened before.
